GGPoker Releases WSOP Online Schedule
The 2020 WSOP online kicks off today on WSOP.com. We already know the schedule of events slated exclusively for US players, but now we also know the remaining events that will play out on GGPoker and Natural8.
There will be 54 bracelet events up for grabs at GGPoker with a wide variety of buy-ins. A total of $60 million in guarantees will be up for grabs, including a $25 million guarantee for the Main Event. Also, the series will feature the smallest buy-in in history for a WSOP bracelet event.
GGPoker Schedule Release – $60 Million in Guarantees
The 54 event schedule of WSOP bracelet events at GGPoker was released late last week. The first event kicks off on July 19th with a $100 buy-in The Opener event. Events will continue regularly from that point with a variety of buy-ins ranging from $150 up to $25,000 for the NLH Poker Player’s Championship.
As expected, the events will be exclusively flop games consisting of Limit Hold’em, NL Hold’em, PL Omaha, and Short Deck NL Hold’em. Four events, Events 47 through 50, will be determined by popular vote.
A total of $60 million in guarantees will be up for grabs with the lion’s share coming during the Main Event. August 30th is the $5,000 NL Hold’em Main Event and the poker tournament will feature a $25 million guarantee.

The WSOP loves their gimmick events and this year’s Big 50 is no exception. Event #39 has a buy-in of just $50. The event has a $1 million guarantee and will have a single re-entry during flights.

There will be multiple ultra-low buy-in bracelet events during the series, including the $100 WSOP MILLION$ event with a $2 million guarantee. This year will give you the best shot at winning a cheap bracelet.
Asia Market Events Also Included
The WSOP is looking to focus on the Asian market and has several events targeting Asian players. For example, Event #23 is an HK$8,000 NL Hold’em Asia Championship. Event #50 is a People’s Choice Event that is kicking off in the Asian Time Zone rather than European or American. Several other events will feature Asian Time Zones and will target Asian players.
Natural8 is a skin of GGPoker that serves the Asian market. Online poker sites have been heavily promoting Natural8 and will do so leading up to the event. While the WSOP Asia Pacific is now defunct, this is about as close as you’ll get to having a WSOP APAC.
